Wilfred’s takes great pride in sourcing Lancashire produce wherever possible,
after all we’re in the heart of Lancashire and proud of it!

All our pizzas are 12” round, made with Italian “00” flour
& cooked in our Cuppone stone-bake oven.
A naturally leavened, long fermentation process does all the hard work for us,
breaking down the gluten and starch, delivering a highly digestible,
low G.I. bread which is much easier on the body.
Our finished pizzas are soft & chewy in parts, blistered and cracked in
others, leaving an excellent crust not to be discarded.

Wilfred’s takes great pride in sourcing grass-fed beef which has been reared
on Lancashire pastures. It is then dry aged to perfection. Enjoy!
